Invitation only training squad.
This squad is designed for young sailors who wish to develop their sailing skills, build confidence on the water, and progress along the RYA Youth Sailing Pathway. Our structured training programme focuses on improving boat handling, racing techniques, tactical awareness, teamwork, and water safety, all while promoting enjoyment, sportsmanship, and personal development.
RYA Pathway Aims
The RYA Youth Sailing Pathway aims to:
Introduce young people to sail racing in a fun, safe, and supportive environment
Develop strong fundamental sailing skills
Build confidence, independence, and resilience
Encourage lifelong participation in sailing and watersports
Provide clear progression opportunities to competitive sailing
Our training squad aligns with these aims, offering sailors structured development opportunities and a clear pathway for progression.
