RYA Safety Boat
Course Requirements: Minimum age 16 years.
Requirements: RYA Powerboat Level 2 (participants must bring along their PB2 certificate) and ability to swim. A basic understanding of how a sailing dinghy works.
Our powerboat courses take place from both WFYC and Titchmarsh marina. We will be in touch nearer your course with the exact plans. Often the course requires transport between WFYC and the marina, weather and tide dependent. Our course instructors may be able to help with this but unfortunately they cannot be responsible for the transport of under 18s. Please ensure parents and guardians of under 18s liaise with the instructor at the start of the course in regards to what transport is required.
