NEW MEMBERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!
We are always looking for new members to join our ever growing family at any level of sailing experience.
Whether you are an experienced sailor or have never set foot in a boat before, all members at WFYC welcome you with open arms to our friendly and inclusive club.
We have a fabulous Clubhouse in a stunning location where we host a wide range of social activities throughout the year.
If you would like to join our family and become a member, you must complete a Membership Application Form which can be collected from the club or sent to you via email.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Adult £200
Adult Member - aged 25 or over on 1st October (the start of the subscription year)

2nd Adult £100
2nd Adult Member - as above and residing at the same address as above.

Social £100 (Inc VAT)
Social members can only use the general bar and catering facilities of the club. They have no voting rights, or use or access of any slipways, storage, or sailing facilities.

Affiliate £55
A member of another local sports club (golf, cricket, tennis etc.)

Over 70 & 25 yrs £100 (2nd £50)
Senior Member - aged 70 or over on 1st October (the start of the subscription year) and has been a member for a total of at least 25 years.

Intermediate £100
Person who is aged 18 or more, but under 25 on 1st October (the start of the subscription year)

Student £34
Person aged 18 or more, but under 25, on 1st October (the start of the subscription year) and is in full-time education.

Overseas £80
Adult Member - aged 25 or over on 1st October (the start of the subscription year), also a person who is deprived of the privileges of The Club for more than 8 months due to service in HM Forces, severe illness, residence abroad or other exceptional reason.

Family Membership £300
2 Adults and 2 children or more (under 18) living at the same address

Cadet (3 classes) £34
1. Person who is aged 14 or more, but under 18, on the 1st October (the start of the subscription year), who has been duly sponsored by two Full Members 2. Person aged 6 or more, but under 14, on 1st October (the start of the subscription year), who is the child, or close relative of a member. Junior Cadets must be supervised at all times when on Club premises and sailing in Club waters. 3. Person aged 6 or more, but under 18, on 1st October (the start of the subscription year), who may only use the Club for 'organised activities'. Sailing Cadets must be supervised at all times when on Club premises and sailing in Club waters.
